Anato, meaning structure, is a nod to anatomy: the quiet architecture that shapes each individual’s unique expression. Every face has its own proportions, bone structure, fat compartments and muscle patterns. How I approach treatment

• Consultation first. Every new patient visit begins with an unhurried conversation about your goals, your medical history and what you like about your face today.
• Anatomy before product. I assess structure, volume and movement before deciding whether wrinkle relaxers, filler, a biostimulator like Sculptra, or a skin treatment is the right tool.
• Conservative and progressive. I would rather build a result over a few visits than overcorrect in one. Subtle, cumulative changes age more gracefully.
• Skin health as the foundation. Injectables work best on healthy skin, so microneedling, medical-grade peels and a simple home routine are part of most long-term plans.
• Prevention as a habit. Daily protection and consistent care do more over a decade than any single treatment, an idea I grew up with.
