Cancellation Policy

We deeply value your time and the trust you place in us. In return, we reserve dedicated time specifically for your care and treatment.

We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance.

A card will be taken when booking an appointment and will not be charged. However, appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

We understand that true emergencies can arise, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and partnership in respecting the time reserved for you and for all of our patients.
